School Visits

The Youth Services Division of the Silas Bronson Library is pleased to partner with Waterbury schools, daycare providers, and homeschool tutors to offer children from birth to 8th grade with resources and experiences that encourage and support their growth, development and education.

Parent/Teacher Collection

The staff of the Children's Services Division selects material of interest to parents, teachers, and other adults who work with children. Materials include but aren't limited to general books on parenting, child development, child psychology, childcare and health, and education. Educators are encouraged to recommend material for the collection; final decisions will be based on the library's collection policy.
